This proposal for an apartment complex in shadyside was a zoning and permitting excersize to see the possibilities of development on a challenging site. Using the building and zoning codes we proposed a change of use from Residnetial to Commercial to provide 6 high end apartment units on an oblong residential corner, with a parking structure below.
