This new facility was a rennovation of an abandoned big box Mexican Restaurant into an 8,000sqft Commercial Rental Car rental facility. The program included a large retail office as well as a separate space for industrial carwashing.

As a rennovation of an old brick and steel building, this project allowed the opportunity for iconic new steel canopy to be built over the new garage doors that needed to be cut into the existing brick walls. Ultimately the play of materials between brick, steel, and glass lead to a material pallette that paired well with the existing branding our client uses throughout the country.

The project was called ‘the crown jewel’ of their new developments by their corporate leadership.
